Dynasty Warriors: Online/Gardening

Gardening is a feature implemented in the Dragon Strike update of Dynasty Warriors: Online. Players can grow plants and cultivate seeds in their garden, and use them for raw crafting materials.

Watering plants uses 1 zest point per watering which is required to foster a plant's growth. The player's zest fully replenishes itself every 24 hours and increases in capacity as their cultivation levels rise. Once a plant reaches level 4, they can be harvested within two weeks real-time before withering; mulch can help extend their lifespan. Dead plants leave a seed for replanting.

Flowers and trees take up different portions of plot space. Flowers need 1 unit of space and can grow in groups. Trees require 4 units and may cause frame rates to chug if too many are planted in the same area.

If the player wishes to further raise their cultivate level, they can water plants for their friends. Caring for another person's garden may additionally reward the player with random items. More friends amplifies the benefits.

Additional space can be purchased by spending Musou Coins or Aeria Points.

Cultivating Experience Table

The player earns 1 experience point each time one of their plants grow one level while harvesting yields 2 points.

Seed Bags

Seed bags are obtained either as item drops, gifts from lieutenants, or from the nymph at the Kunlun Mountains in exchange for old coins. Alternatively, the player may opt to purchase grown saplings from the antique dealer, though each one costs 6 Musou Coins. The color of a seed bag reflects the type of dye one can make from them.
