Donquixote Doflamingo, nicknamed "Heavenly Yaksha", was the captain of the Donquixote Pirates, a former Shichibukai with a frozen bounty of 340,000,000 Beli, the most influential underworld broker who operated under the alias "Joker", and is a former World Noble of the Donquixote Family descent. He is the son of Donquixote Homing and the older brother of Rosinante, both of whom he killed out of feeling betrayed by them. Doflamingo became the king of Dressrosa after taking the throne from Riku Dold III eight years before the start of the series. He ruled the country tyrannically until he was stripped of his positions as a Shichibukai and king after he was defeated by Monkey D. Luffy near the end of the Dressrosa Arc, being arrested alongside most of his crew members by Admiral Fujitora.
Due to his actions and the status he had, he is the main antagonist of the Dressrosa Arc and among the central antagonists of the Pirate Alliance Saga.

He finishes by swinging his left hand down, raining down five thick strings that hit enemies in front of him. - , , , , : Doflamingo captures enemies around him with his strings, then proceeds to control them like puppets and has them run around him in a circular motion, swinging their weapons wildly, damaging enemies.

He then ignites it and uses it to strike a large area in front of him.- : Level 2 Musou. Doflamingo produces a string clone of himself that kneels in front of him. He then uses the clone's strings to create a large cage of strings. The cage then unleashes several large slashes and slices, before releasing a final slash that launches enemies upwards.
- R1 (Special Skill):Doflamingo raises his fingers and enemies in front of him are captured by his strings, and are then popped upwards towards him. It achieves the same affect on any enemies that are captured by the strings from any combo, allowing him to send enemies towards himself.
