Man-Eater Bartolomeo (バルトロメオ, Barutoromeo) is an infamous pirate and member of the Super Rookies. He is the captain of the Barto Club, and was a participant at the Corrida Colosseum battling for the Flame-Flame Fruit. He is a huge fan of the Straw Hat Pirates, particularly Luffy, to the point that he worships them. After the events of Dressrosa, Bartolomeo pledges his allegiance to Luffy, and becomes the captain of the second ship of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet.

- Go to hell!: Full-Force Burst. During this, all of Barto's attacks enrage enemies.
- Barri-Barri Pistol: Musou attack, Bartolomeo creates a barrier around his fist, jumps into the air, and punches the ground, causing a powerful shockwave.
- Barrier Fortress: Musou attack, Bartolomeo throws several bombs in succession into the air, then a volley of four, then creates a barrier around himself. The bombs then hit the ground, exploding and damaging all surrounding enemies.
- Barrier Crash: Musou attack, Bartolomeo creates a large square barrier, then thrusts it forward.
- Barrier Feint: Bartolomeo throws a ball at an opponent. He then pulls out another one and creates a square barrier behind that enemy. He pretends to throw the ball, then breaks the barrier, doing damage and angering the enemy.
- Hellish Destruction Bomb: Bartolomeo throws a fake bomb while creating a barrier around himself. When it "explodes", all enraged enemies burst into flames, then stomp the ground, damaging themselves and others.

- Barrierbility: Tarai: Bartolomeo creates a tub-shaped barrier high in the air, then brings it down in front of him. Any enemies struck will become enraged.

Fighting Style
Bartolomeo ate the Barrier-Barrier Fruit, a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit that allows him to generate a barrier by crossing his fingers. The barriers themselves are usually invisible, though Bartolomeo can make them visibly transparent, resembling a pane of glass. The barriers are seemingly indestructible, as no attack has been seen being able to penetrate them. He can move the barrier freely, using it to defend himself from attacks, or sending it forward to strike the enemy. He can shape his barrier into various forms for different purposes, such as a tennis racquet, a sphere, a flight of stairs. He can also enhance his punches by encasing his fist in a barrier bubble. Bartolomeo has an abrasive personality, and likes to taunt his opponents to provoke them into attacking him while being shielded behind his barriers.
