Rikiya Koyama is a Japanese thespian, voice actor, and narrator.
He graduated at Ritsumeikan University with a law degree in 1986 before studying drama at Toho Gakuen College. During his initial years as an actor, he first played the part of a servant in his company's production of The Idiot, then rose to fame after earning the role of Sebastian in Twelfth Night. He occasionally appears in TV drama shows.
Koyama is known for playing aggressive or charismatic characters as a voice actor. He was given the Kei Tomiyama Memorial Award in the 2011 Seiyu Awards. A few of his roles include Mamoru Takamura in Hajime no Ippo, Kiritsugu Emiya in Fate/stay night, and Kogoro Mouri in Detective Conan. He is the official Japanese voice for George Clooney and Kiefer Sutherland.
