Alan Shearman is an English actor, voice actor, director, and screenwriter. He and his family moved to the United States decades ago and are currently based in Los Angeles. Aside from mainly working in California, he also has some representation in Portland, Oregon.
Shearman grew up as a child actor, having studied mime and improvisation among many things. He even played in a band and co-wrote several musicals for the theater company Low Moan Spectacular. His most famous collaborative work El Grande de Coca-Cola brought him to New York where the show became a hit. He later shifted his focus on directing films and joined the Dramatists Guild of America. He then went on to win six Best Director awards while taking up voice acting roles along the way.
