Yasunori Masutani is a Japanese voice actor and narrator. He was raised in Hakodate, Hokkaidō. After graduating with a degree in engineering, he worked at a division of Toshiba managing semiconductors. However, his habit of mimicking voices lead to his career change for voice acting in the 1990s. Though he doesn't like to reveal much about his private life, he has confided that he married a woman during the mid-1990s.
While better known for his narrations and supporting voice roles in the anime and video game industry, Masutani has provided voice overs within the tokusatsu genre. He has dubbed the voices for Ultraman Nexus, Koryuganou and Magna Koryuganou in Madan Senki Ryukendo, and Kamen Rider Scissors in Kamen Rider Decade.
