Tony Oliver is an American voice actor, director, and producer. He currently resides in Los Angeles. Other than voice acting, Oliver has also been involved in the production and script writing of various anime and live-action shows including the Power Rangers series.
Oliver has voiced over a large quantity of characters throughout his career. About more than half of the anime shows he's dubbed for are mostly targeted towards the shonen demographic. A few of his roles are Hibiki Tokai in Vandread, Sha Gojyo in Saiyuki, and the titular character in Lupin the 3rd.
