Taku Yashiro

From Koei Tecmo Wiki

Taku Yashiro is a Japanese voice actor and singer. He made his official debut in 2016.

Yashiro's interest in voice acting began in high school when he borrowed his friend's DVD of Neon Genesis Evangelion. The series made him curious about doing voice overs for a living and his research led him to Japan Narration Actor Institute.

He decided to enroll at the institute while balancing both college courses on the weekdays and part-time work on the weekends. Upon completing the main program, he passed their in-house audition and became a full-fledged member. Two years following his entry in the dubbing industry, he earned the Best Rookie Actor Award during the 12th Seiyu Awards.

Being a rather big eater, he sometimes consumes six meals a day. He is also close friends with fellow voice actor Yuuma Uchida.

Most of Yashiro's roles comprise of young and good-looking male characters. Throughout his career, he has provided the voice of Ace Nightlok in Arc of Alchemist, Kouichi Shindou in Horimiya, and Romero in Restaurant to Another World 2.
