Koei Manga Pack Bakushou Rekishi SLG!! Vol. 1 (光栄まんがパック 爆笑歴史SLG!! vol.1; subtitle translated as Laughable History Simulation Game!!) is a comic anthology of Koei's past strategy titles for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It was published on December 20, 1991 by Yoichi Erikawa.

Three of the one-shot stories within the comic are accompanied by four-panel gag strips.

Summary

Nobunaga-kun's Recklessness

  • Artist: Ayumi Konomichi

A short story of Nōhime's first meeting with Nobunaga. Brought to Owari under the impression of marrying a great man, Nōhime is immediately put off by her fiancé's rash demeanor. However, she begins to see him in a new light once he resolves to overcome the larger Imagawa forces in his bid to unify the land.

Sangokushi Koumei-kun's School Diary

  • Artist: Kaoru Imai

A collection of yonkoma strips depicting Zhuge Liang and several figures from Romance of the Three Kingdoms as schoolchildren. Referred to by his style name, the protagonist finds himself in wacky situations involving the quirky three brothers, the handsome Zhou Yu, and his mischievous playground rival Cao Cao.

Aoki Okami to Shiroki Mejika: Genghis Khan Go Go! Mongol Empire!

  • Artist: Noboru Shiozaki

A multi-chaptered parody highlighting the historic exploits of Genghis Khan. Also features several side characters from the titular series.

L'Empereur Return of the Emperor

  • Artist: Yūsaku Toyoshima

Set in Modern Japan, grade schooler Haruto Hona struggles to make it in class while enduring his teacher's abuse. After playing L'Empereur late at night, he suddenly awakens as Napoleon Bonaparte and starts a coup d'état at school which delights his classmates and horrifies the school staff. The yonkoma for this story focuses on the actual Napoleon's life.

Fierce Battle!! History Simulation Champion Grand Prix!!

A crossover story which pits characters from various IPs into a chariot race. Hosted by Band-kun and Kou Shibusawa, wacky hijinks ensue as the competitors attempt to outdo each other using all kinds of underhanded tricks. Nobunaga is made the focal character of this comic.

Game Character Big Party

  • Artists: Hiroaki Tanaka, Takeru Kirishima, Satoru Umino, Noboru Shiozaki

A continuation of the last story, it places the aforementioned cast in a banquet setting and focuses on humorous interactions between different characters. It ends with Nobunaga and Napoleon ending their squabble to play video games.
