This is to not sound racist or anything, but if you can read Chinese, then we really need help with the historical sections for the Dynasty Warriors characters. Since my understanding with Chinese is limited and I have to really strain myself to read and translate it, you can make the historical sections more personalized and make them seem more like real people. As it stands now, Ma Chao and Cao Cao look pretty sad since they are just "spreadsheets" of information.
I think when people want to read what someone really did historically, they would rather prefer to read how their home country best remembers them or why they think they're important, rather than what English wikipedia emphasizes. Y'know, read their accomplishments as if they were actually people. That's the main reason why I am always disappointed when someone copies historical information from English wikipedia and slaps it onto a character page, thinking that it's okay (like Motochika or Toshiie). I hope you don't find what I'm saying as offensive as that is not my intentions. This is more of a plea from one person to another, as one who understands a language and is frustrated to see it garbled or messed up in another.
Anyways, you may do as you like but this is what I hope you will consider when editing. Feel free to respond with your thoughts when you feel like it. I'll be happy to answer~! :) Sake neko 06:43, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
