Description
The Samurai NPC infobox and how it will look as shown to the right. This infobox should only be used for non-playable Samurai Warriors characters as specified in the Samurai Warriors series.
Syntax
Copy everything from the gray-shaded area below and paste at the very top of the article you are creating.

Character information

Fill these in according to how the character is represented based in the Samurai Warriors series.

  • Name - Name of the character goes here. This will appear at the top of the infobox.
  • Image - Image to represent the character. Any image from any Koei-related franchise such as Kessen or the Nobunaga's Ambition series will do. The image is optional and can be left blank. Input the image as: Name of the image you uploaded.jpg (or whatever file type it was i.e. .png, .gif, etc.)
  • Clan - Any clans or major alliance the character may have served. Keep this limited to historical instances and not to any fictional alliances created by the games. Do not include alliances made during the Warriors Orochi series.
  • Weapon - What kind of weapon does the character wield.
  • Unit - What kind of unit type is the npc. If they are a unique npc, simply leave it as Unique.
  • Battle - Any significant battles the character may have participated in. Like with the Clan(s) parameter, keep this limited to historical mentions featured in the games. If they do not have any this can be left blank.
  • Appeared - Which game did the character first appear in.


Historical information

Fill these in according to how the character is represented based historically or in mythology.

  • Real name - The name the character was known as historically; use Japanese name order here.
  • Japanese - The Japanese characters used to spell their historical name.
  • Born - When the character was historically born.
  • Died - When the character historically died.
  • Footnotes - Any notes about the character such as a different recorded death/birth dates, fictional notes or anything else.
