- Description
The battle infobox and how it will look is shown on the right.
- Syntax
- Copy everything from the gray-shaded area below and paste at the very top of the article you are creating.

- Usage
- Name - Name of the battle. This will appear at the top of the infobox.
- Image - Image to represent the battle; image is optional. Input the image as: Name of the image you uploaded.jpg (or whatever file type it was i.e. .png, .gif, etc.)
- Force1 - Name(s) of the force, army or alliance of the first opponent(s).
- Force2 - Name(s) of the secondary opposing force(s).
- Year - Date(s) when the battle took place.
- Location - Place where the battle took place.
- Commander1 - Name(s) of the leader(s) of the first force.
- Commander2 - Name(s) of the leading general(s) for the second force.
- Winner - Specify who wins and the results of the battle.
