Should it be noted in Samurai Warriors 1 Hideyoshi is seen having a perverted funtime in private with a generic female ninja? I just find it interesting considering when she became a character she happened to be a ninja. (174.60.97.79 01:53, September 8, 2013 (UTC))
Well just think about it for a second Nene in history had no rumors or storys of being a ninja. Noh was thought to be a spy, Kunoichi represents the 10 braves, and even Ginchiyo has a few tales of being a warrior. So the dev team making Nene a ninja seems almost random unless you think about SW1 "Nene". Almost Like a reverse easter egg or a cameo/forshadow. I'm not really reading into that deep I just thought it's kind of odd or coneicedental is all.(174.60.97.79 03:57, September 9, 2013 (UTC))
- Koinuma and crew flat out said that they made Nene a kunoichi because they didn't want to completely scrap all the hard work they did for Kunoichi and wanted to tweak/reuse it somehow. This is designer and developer commentary straight from this book. I own it personally and translated it, but I think it's one of those really obvious notes. What I mean by that is that everyone who has played the games for themselves knows this and picked up on it really quickly; I don't really think the developers needed to reiterate that.
