I am certain that the three arrows in Motonari's weapon is based off of the legend when he gave each of his three sons (Takamoto Mori, Motoharu Kikkawa, and Takakage Kobayakawa) an arrow asked them to break it. He then gave them three arrows and asked them to break them simultaneously. The lesson was that as along as all three work together, theywill not be easily broken. --SouthandNorthKorea 04:57, December 12, 2009 (UTC)
