History Section
The history section on Kenshin is really too long. I don't know enough though to cut it down so I'm putting up a request here. Grateful though to the IP that added all that, but it's longer then the game section, it should only be there to show why they are in the gajme.Moogle Buddy 17:16, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- Actually, having a general idea of what Kenshin has actually done historically, I feel it's a little short and not really accurate. This was all crap copy/pasted from the horrid English wikipedia article. *Headdesk* I can't believe they use a fictional story about his life as a reference for his historical article.
- Personally, I don't care if the historical section is longer than the game version. Thinking about it logically, it should be longer. Historical sections talk about the person from their birth and death if it's known and everything in between. The games usually only focus on what they're famous for in either fiction or history and then add embellishments. Saying it should only be there for "why" they are in the game is silly. Everyone knows why they're in the game. They're part of that time period in history and were relatively famous/important then. Even someone who knows nothing about the character can assume that much. A historical section can elaborate the differences between fiction (the game) and what they really did. Kyosei 17:45, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
