Steve Kramer is an American voice actor and director. His wife Melora Harte is also a voice actor. Having done all kinds of roles, some of which are live-action, throughout his career, he has been credited under a slew of aliases.
Kramer's strong raspy voice makes him suitable for playing as mentor-type figures or ominous antagonists. His roles include Darkonda in Power Rangers in Space, Wiseman in Sailor Moon, and Cyborg 006 in Cyborg 009.
