Silat

From Koei Tecmo Wiki

Silat is a minor antagonist in Berserk and a non-playable character in BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk.

As the leader of the Bakiraka assassin clan, he tests his skills in arena until eventually taking on the quest to hunt down the Band of the Hawk. Ambushing the band at night, Silat seems to hold the advantage and comes close to cutting off Casca's head with his jamadhar until Guts intervenes calling him a circus performer in the process. After his loss, he is left with a bitter taste in the mouth. He then heads back to Kushan to revive his clan.

Personality

Silat can be seen as very arrogant, looking down on Midland soldiers as poorly trained fighters. After losing to Guts twice, he becomes more cautious.

Fighting Style

Silat can throw his chakrams from far away. After shaking a bit, he will do a four-hit combo involving two dashing slashes and two jumping kicks. In mid-air, he will perform a jumping kick attack to catch players off-guard. He can also dash forward to swing his jamadhar in a diagonal X-shaped slash. Silat can even spin to eviscerate enemies. Sometimes, he may whip his urumi blades around to form a hurricane, then lunge straightforward several times, ending the assault with a diagonal cut.
