Rumi Kasahara is a Japanese voice actor who works part-time as a lecturer for Osaka University of Arts Junior College.
Acquainted with various voice actors in her agency, Kasahara once formed an irregularly active voice unit called RoST alongside Hideo Ishikawa and Shin-ichiro Miki. She is a licensed beautician.
Kasahara excels at voicing adult female characters due to her deeper vocal pitch. Some of the roles she has done include Alia in the Mega Man X series, Martel in Fullmetal Alchemist, and Berthier in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal. She can also speak in her native Niigata dialect.
