Jean Grey is a veteran playable character in both X-Men Legends and Marvel Ultimate Alliance series (except in the latter's first game where she is an NPC and Gameboy Advance's exclusive Striker), who return in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order as DLC character, this time under her well-known codename Phoenix rather than her real name, while at a same time her Dark Phoenix (who was both a separate playable and a boss in X-Men Legends II) return as both a boss and now as Jean's alternate color. A powerful telepath and destined to be the main host of Phoenix Force, Jean is one of the founding X-Men members.
