From Koei Tecmo Wiki

Michael Gough is an American voice actor and musician.

Raised in Silicon Valley, Gough attended UC Santa Barbara on an athletic scholarship and earned a master's degree in theater. He then performed in various regional theaters before pursuing a voice acting career. As a musician, he is capable of playing various instruments. He also placed first in college-level shot put and once coached former Olympic champion Caitlyn Jenner for the event.
