Melissa Fahn

From Koei Tecmo Wiki

Melissa Fahn is an American voice actor, singer, and dancer. She and her family work in the entertainment industry; her older brothers Michael, Tom, and Jonathan are a jazz trombonist, voice actor, and stage actor respectively, her sister-in-law Dorothy Elias-Fahn works in the dubbing industry, and her husband Joel Alpers is a musician.

Raised in Huntington, Long Island, Fahn started performing as a dancer at the age of 3. When she and the family moved to Huntington Beach, California, her father encouraged her to branch out to singing and acting. She enrolled at CSU Long Beach while remaining active in community theater productions. However, she dropped out after one year to spend more time working on her craft.

Working as a receptionist at the time, her voice caught the ear of a casting director who immediately hired her on the spot. Although this was the starting point of Fahn's voice acting career, she still involved herself in stage productions from time to time, having become the understudy for Glinda in the musical Wicked.

Fahn tends to voice cute but cacophonic characters. Some of the roles she has taken include Neptune in Hyperdimension Neptunia, Maki Sonomura in Persona, and Maribelle in Fire Emblem: Awakening.
