Lu Lingqi is affiliated with the crossed pike in this title. When equipped with it, Lu Lingqi can perform the following unique attacks listed below.
- EX Attack 1:
: Thrusts both pikes forward to release a violent funnel of wind that blows away nearby opponents. - EX Attack 2: : Empowers Lu Lingqi with energy, enhancing her weapon's attack power for 5 seconds with a buff which will instantly wear off when weapon switching. Also staggers surrounding enemies while boosting the defense of nearby allies.
- Musou Attack - Angel Blade (天翔刃; lit. "Sky Soaring Blade"):
: Leaps forward with weapon separated, and performs a cross-shaped slash that knocks away enemies approaching Lu Lingqi. - Alternate Musou Attack - Zero Point (零鋒覇; lit. "Origin Spearhead Conquest"): R1 + : Stabs the nearest enemy. If it connects, Lu Lingqi will perform a chain of twirling slashes on the victim before separating her pikes to unleash a cross-shaped strike.
- Aerial Musou Attack - Revolving Rays (落暉旋; lit. "Falling Light Spinner"):
: Hurls weapon down into the crowd below, causing it to spin vertically for a few seconds before returning back to Lu Lingqi. Works effectively in clearing groups of enemies. - Rage Attack: Launches several diagonal swings back and forth while moving steadily. At the end of the attack sequence, Lu Lingqi unleashes a low fierce swipe that sends out a massive radial shockwave.
- True Rage Attack: Once Lu Lingqi attains 100 or more hits during her Rage attack, she will separate her two pikes in time to perform powerful thrusts and short spin slashes done in alternating order repeatedly. Near the attack's completion, Lu Lingqi reattaches her weapon before tossing it around in a circle while crouching.

- Assistance Skill - Assault: Increases the player's attack power when they are near death.

- Strong Attack 2 - Flaming Blade (烈鋒刃; lit. "Intensely Sharp Edge"): Throws weapon forward as it plows through the ground vertically. Also bestows super armor status to Lu Lingqi for 10 seconds (5 seconds in the Japanese server). Has a cooldown time of 25 seconds (16 seconds in the Japanese server).
- Strong Attack 3 - Rising Dragon (昇龍旋; lit. "Rising Dragon Twirl"): Unleashes a maelstrom of twirling slashes before generating a radial shockwave to send nearby foes flying. Has a cooldown time of 31 seconds (16 seconds in the Japanese server).
- Strong Attack 4 - Spinning Torrent (風廻斬; lit. "Tornado Slash"): Detaches both halberds to perform a continuous spin slash before sending out a powerful energy wave forward. At the end of the move, Lu Lingqi surrounds herself within an orange aura that boosts her attack power by 10% for 10 seconds. The Japanese server increases the buff's effect to 50% while reducing the duration time to 5 seconds. Has a cooldown time of 38 seconds (24 seconds in the Japanese server).
- Normal Attack: Performs their preferred weapon's normal attack string.
- Special Attacks
- Musou Attack - Angel Blade (天翔刃; lit. "Sky Soaring Blade"): Disassembles weapon to perform an upward swipe while hopping followed by a fiery overhead slash. The attack triggers an explosion that sends out debris and causes surrounding foes to be flung away from Lu Lingqi. In the Japanese server, this move also reduces the defense power of foes temporarily. Gets overriden by the character's Rage attack once all three Musou gauges have been filled up.
- Musou Rage Attack: Performs Rage attack once all three Musou gauges have been filled up.

- Special Maneuver - Repel: Knocks away surrounding foes and stuns them.

- Triple Attack 3: Performs a shortened version of Flaming Blade to contribute to the combo.

Warriors Orochi 4
While retaining the same moveset from Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends, Lu Lingqi wields the Harpe as their sacred treasure in this title. When equipped with it, Lu Lingqi can perform the following attacks listed below.
- Special Attacks
- Musou Attack: : Lu Lingqi performs Angel Blade as their ground Musou attack.
- Normal Magic: R1 + : Conjures a cyclone that sweeps enemies off their feet while ensnaring them briefly. Has fairly wide range and can be used to catch enemy officers off-guard. Can also be strengthened with certain weapon attributes.
- Charge Magic: R1 + : Summons a tornado that moves according to the user's command before dissipating in one massive gust, launching affected targets high up into the air. This spell cannot send monsters airborne, though it can damage them repeatedly.
- Unique Magic: R1 + : Lu Lingqi generates a violent hurricane by rotating Harpe in an upward manner, sending nearby enemies into the air. She then proceeds to fling them away with criss-crossing slashes.
- Summon Magic: R1 + : Summons mount to Lu Lingqi's side.
- Miscellaneous Skills
- Unity Magic Bonus: Power +4, Technique +4, Speed +1
- Musou Effect - Empower: Temporarily raises attack, defense, and hit speed. Only applies in Battle Arena.
- Divine Blessing 1 - Divine Bow: Increases attack speed and magic attack power. Only applies in Battle Arena.
- Divine Blessing 2 - Fleet-foot: Increases movement speed and attack speed. Also recovers health after switching. Only applies in Battle Arena.

- Hyper Armor: Passive: Prevents enemies from interrupting combos with normal attacks.
- Guard Cancel: Holding L1: Cancels most attacks into a guarding stance, providing more opportunities to defend against enemy attacks.
- Type Upgrade Skill 1 - Break: Grants all charge attacks guard-breaking properties.
- Type Upgrade Skill 2 - Steadfast: Enables the character to guard against all types of attacks.
