Kōki Uchiyama

From Koei Tecmo Wiki

Kōki Uchiyama is a Japanese voice actor.

Uchiyama began his acting career at the age of 3 and later transitioned to voice-overs during middle school. He majored in cultural studies at Waseda University. Throughout his career, he slowly gained recognition within the dubbing industry for his many roles and even won Best Male Rookie in the 5th Seiyu Awards. Though Uchiyama rarely makes public appearance, he has joined various radio shows as a guest or host.

As a movie goer, he has a habit of checking out cinemas for their current selection of films without minding about the genres presented.

Compared to other voice actors who worry about their voices declining with age, Uchiyama considers it natural and looks forward to noticing how his own vocal pitch will change in the coming years. The roles he usually takes on are either younger male characters or imposing antagonists. So far, he has voiced Tomura Shigaraki in My Hero Academia, Ikuya Kirishima in Free! Dive to the Future, and Neku Sakuraba in The World Ends With You TV series.
