Kōji Totani

From Koei Tecmo Wiki

Kōji Totani was a Japanese voice actor. He officially made his voice acting debut in 1974. After his death from acute heart failure, his roles were taken over by co-star Naoki Imamura.

Throughout his career, Totani was often assigned villainous male roles due to his voice's astringent quality. There were occasions when some of his roles displayed elements of comedic relief. He was credited for voicing Lieutenant Brown in Super Dimension Cavalry Southern Cross, Capricorn Shura in Saint Seiya, and Hōki in Naruto.
