Haruka Terui is a Japanese voice actor who made her official debut in 2009.
Terui was inspired to pursue voice acting as a career after watching Megumi Hayashibara's performance in Ranma ½. She joined numerous theatrical performances during her school years and even took on various part-time jobs on the side.
Throughout her tenure as a voice actor, Terui has lent her voice to characters like Gisele Fleming in Valkyria Chronicles 3, Urara Hoshino in God Eater 2: Rage Burst, and Shenhua Ling in Shenmue III.
