Eri Kitamura

From Koei Tecmo Wiki

Eri Kitamura is a freelance Japanese voice actor who has been active since 2003. Fans are very affectionate towards her and she in turn refers to them as "Kita Elitists".

Kitamura started out as a child actor under the stage name Eri Okamura. Her interest in joining the entertainment industry began after becoming a fan of Sailor Moon alongside her mother. Years later, she made her voice acting debut after winning an audition hosted by Pony Canyon. She is also a singer and songwriter, having done work for various labels like Dystopia Record. She was once part of a two-person music unit called Artery Vein alongside fellow voice actor Asami Imai.

Being an anime fan, Kitamura draws comics as a hobby and admires artists like Ito Ōgure. In junior high, she was very engaged in club activities, using that same energy to interact with her fans and the anime community in general. She also has a habit of imitating other voice actors when appearing in radio shows or other promotional events. Tokushima Prefecture officially appointed her as their ambassador in October 12, 2013.

Kitamura is best known for voicing cool-headed female characters, though her vocal versatility makes her ideal for just about almost any role. She has lent her voice to Juri in the Street Fighter series, Homura in Senran Kagura, and Vulcanus in Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten.
