Danchizuma no Yuuwaku (団地妻の誘惑, Translated: Seduction of Condominium Wives) is an erotic simulation game with role-playing elements. It is the first entry of Koei's Strawberry Porno series. Despite its mature content, the sex scenes are completely censored.

Kou Shibusawa served as programmer for this particular title. An adult comic with the exact same name exists, but it has no connection with the game itself.

Gameplay

Set in Kawasaki City, players assume the role of a condom salesman from the Kita-Senju branch of Japan Family Planning Co., Ltd. Their goal is to sell contraceptives to different women living in the same apartment complex by means of negotiation or seduction. The game ends prematurely if the player's stamina or intelligence is depleted.

Stats are randomly generated per gameplay; they consist of health, intelligence, and stamina. These parameters are reduced by taking certain actions, but can be restored by using various items purchased in vending machines or found on the floor. A successful sale may also yield recovery items as a reward. The status screen also displays the difficulty level of fights within the area, the amount of money earned, and the type of condom in use.

Hooking up with female customers is essential to raise money, though doing so costs stamina. Women are categorized based on their status, beauty, and age which vary with each playthrough. Because each woman responds differently to certain command inputs, they can only be wooed by following the appropriate input combination. During intercourse, another set of commands will pop up, influencing how well the player is pleasing their partner.

While exploring the residential area, players may come across hostile ghosts, pushy crossdressers, and violent gangsters as enemies. They are defeated by continuously tapping the attack command; winning these encounters earns a small amount of money. However, since health drops quite easily during fights, it is recommended to avoid potential encounters entirely whenever possible.
