Ayana Taketatsu is a Japanese voice actor and radio personality. In 2012, she started a musical career under the label Pony Canyon.
Taketatsu grew up watching anime shows like Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, and Sister Princess, so it was only natural for her to dream of becoming a voice actor like her idol Yui Horie. Despite her mother's initial concerns, she was permitted to attend Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyūjo at the age of 14. Although Taketatsu had difficulty balancing her school life with voice lessons and part-time work, her efforts paid off when she finally became a full-fledged member of the I'm Enterprise agency.
Taketatsu is often typecast as a little sister figure or a strong, domineering character with a tsundere streak. A few of her roles include Vanilla in Yumeiro Pâtissière, Leafa in the Sword Art Online series, and Eclair Martinozzi in Dog Days.
