Masaya Matsukaze (松風 雅也, Matsukaze Masaya, born September 9, 1976 in Fukushima) is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and radio personality affiliated with Aoni Production. He is currently based in Tokyo and used to be represented by Big Apple, Radix Mobanimation, and Varoque Works. His nickname with fans is Banchou.

Born Masaya Watanabe (渡邉 政也, Watanabe Masaya), he used to be a painter with a wide range of different skills. He opted to become an actor after deeming the profession a worthy challenge for him. His role as Shun Namiki from Denji Sentai Megaranger boosted his fame immensely. At some point, he began to shift away from TV appearances and focus more on voice acting. The change in professions allowed him to start hosting radio talk shows.

Known for being an all-rounder, Matsukaze is skilled in a number of talents such as carpentry, silversmithing, guitar playing, snowboarding, scuba diving, and kendo. He admits to having more than 20 types of vehicle licenses. On August 2003, he married a former dental assistant who had been dating him for nine years.

Matsukaze is a versatile voice actor who can convincingly perform passionate and sardonic characters well. Many of his roles comprise of good-looking men with distinct personalities and quirks. So far, he has done the voices of Ryo Hazuki in the Shenmue series, Kyoya Ootori in Ouran High School Host Club, and Shinichiro Sano in Tokyo Revengers.
