Rikiya Koyama (小山 力也, Koyama Rikiya, born December 18, 1963 in the Kyoto Prefecture) is a Japanese thespian, voice actor, and narrator affiliated with the Haiyuza Theatre Company since 1988. His hobbies are swimming and karate.

He graduated at Ritsumeikan University with a law degree in 1986 before studying drama at Toho Gakuen College. During his initial years as an actor, he first played the part of a servant in his company's production of The Idiot, then rose to fame after earning the role of Sebastian in Twelfth Night. He occasionally appears in TV drama shows and is the official Japanese voice of George Clooney and Kiefer Sutherland. Fans affectionately call him "Rikki" or "Riki-chan".

Koyama is known for playing aggressive or charismatic characters as a voice actor. He was given the Kei Tomiyama Memorial Award in the 2011 Seiyu Awards. Some of his more prominent roles include Mamoru Takamura in Hajime no Ippo, Kiritsugu Emiya in Fate/Stay Night, and Ging Freecss in the 2011 remake of the Hunter x Hunter anime.
