This is basically a list of Item and their effects:
Normally Obtained (levels 1-20)
- Tiger Amulet - Increases attack
- Tortoise Amulet - Increases defense
- Peacock Urn - Increases Life
- Dragon Amulet - Increases Musou gauge
- Elixir/Ginseng - Increases how fast attacks fill Musou gauge
- Herbal Remedy - Increases charge attacks
- Huang's Bow - Increases Bow Attack and Defense.
- Horned Helmet - Increased Horse Attack and Defense.
- Seven Star Belt - Increases Luck
- Speed Scroll - Increases Speed
Special Items (unlockable)
Saddles
- Elephant Saddle - Ride an elephant
- Storm Runner - Increases experience at the end of the stage, normal horse
- Shadow Runner - Can't be knocked off horse
- Red Hare - Fastest horse
- Hex Mark - Increases Luck, normal horse
Orbs
- Ice Orb - Freezes enemies
- Fire Orb - Does gradual damage till enemy hits the ground
- Light Orb - Breaks Guard
- Shadow Orb - Kills instantly, drains Musou Gauge
- Blast Orb - Damages enemies even when enemies are guarding
- Lighting Orb - Lighting strikes down, damaging and knocking enemies down
Rest
- Fire Arrows - Fire orb on arrows
- Charge Bracers - Uninterrupted Charge attacks
- Wind scroll - Increases attack range
- Art of War - Doubles temporary item boost effects
- Survival Guide - Double attack when life is red and knocked down
- Bodyguard Manual - Increases bodyguard Stats
- Demon Band - Double Musou Rage length
- Way of the Musou - Turns normal musou to True Musou
- True Way of the Musou - 50% stronger and longer Musou
- Dragon Arms - Jump out of Charge attacks
- Ice Arrows - Freezes enemies when using arrows
- Naga Earrings - +2 defense for every 100 kills
- Tiger Collar- invincible Tiger acts as bodyguard
- Kirin Hoofs - Increases running over with a horse damage and tiger's attack
- Green Scroll - Doubles attack in exchange for half the defense
- Musou Armor - Doesn't flinch from arrow attacks
- Tribal Remedy - Adds +50 life every 100 kills
- Meat Bun Sack - Turns Meat bun Drops to Set number rather than probabilities
- Serpent Earrings- +2 attack for every 100 kills
