Steve Kramer (born December 24, 1950 in San Juan Capistrano, California) is an American voice actor and director. His wife Melora Harte is also a voice actor. Having done all kinds of roles, some of which are live-action, throughout his career, he has been credited as Steve Kraemer, Steven Kramer, Drew Levi Thomas, Drew Lexi Thomas, and Drew Thomas.
Kramer's strong raspy voice makes him suitable for playing as mentor-type figures or ominous antagonists. His roles include Darkonda in Power Rangers in Space, Wiseman in Sailor Moon, and Cyborg 006 in Cyborg 009.
