Minami Tsuda (津田 美波, Tsuda Minami, born June 8, 1989 in Kanagawa) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Aoni Production.

As a child, Tsuda wanted to take up voice acting to complement her sister's dream of one day becoming an animator. Since then, she diligently practiced acting and singing under the tutelage of vocalist Eri Itō. At some point, Itō had introduced Tsuda to veteran voice actor Michie Tomizawa who recommended her to enroll in Aoni Jyuku for further training.

Tsuda is known by fans for her low husky performances, though she is just as capable of portraying higher-pitched characters. Some of her roles include Mei Aihara in Citrus, Renka in Senran Kagura: Estival Versus, and Cubby in Jake and the Never Land Pirates.
