Mitsuki Saiga is a Japanese voice actor. She has been active in the dubbing industry since 1993.

When she was in elementary school, Saiga read an article about voice acting while staying over with one of her relatives. Inspired by its contents, she dreamed of becoming a voice actor herself someday. After finishing her formal education, she enrolled in Yoyogi Animation Academy and was later invited by an instructor to audition for a role.

Saiga found success in her chosen profession and was even awarded Best Supporting Actress during the 2nd Seiyu Awards. She is apparently good friends with Takahiro Sakurai.

While Saiga's contralto voice is well-suited for young male roles, she can deepen it enough to make her indistinguishable from a tenor's vocal range. Some of her roles include Endrance in .hack//G.U., Mary Read in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, and Kliff in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.
