Maria Kawamura is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and singer. Formerly affiliated with Arts Vision, she is currently working freelance. She is married to manga artist Mamoru Nagano since 1991.

During her time in junior high, Kawamura became entranced with theater after the literature club she belonged to had merged with the drama club due to insufficient members. She later attended an acting school owned by Toei and was taught the skills needed to perform. At the same time, she took on various side jobs to support herself.
