Akemi Okamura (岡村 明美, Okamura Akemi, born March 12, 1969 in Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Mausu Promotion. She entered the dubbing industry in 1992 and is currently married.

From a young age, Okamura had always enjoyed reading and reciting lines aloud to people. She was also skilled in calligraphy, having learned it due to her grandfather being a brush maker. But despite her talents, she failed to pass her entrance exams, leading her to ponder hard on what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. This eventually convinced Okamura to improve her vocal abilities by enrolling at Tokyo Announce Academy. After graduating, she later joined Mausu Promotion's training center for additional courses which helped pave the way for her career in voice acting.

Okamura is capable of voicing both assertive women and younger men, though she is more known for doing the former by fans. Some of her character roles comprise of Kasumi Fujii in the Sakura Wars series, Sheena Fujibayashi in Tales of Symphonia, and Emmeryn in Fire Emblem: Awakening. She considers her role as Nami from One Piece to be the most impactful during her career, giving her ample opportunity to tweak the character's vocal evolution with input from both the voice director and her fellow castmates.
