Hiroaki Miura (三浦 祥朗, Miura Hiroaki, born March 24, 1977 in Nagano Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actor and radio personality affiliated with Aoni Production since 1998. As the youngest of three siblings, his interest in anime convinced him to sign up for voice acting lessons at Aoni Jyuku. Miura's career took off after fans responded positively to his performance in Dynasty Warriors 3.

His hobbies include video games, golfing, and fishing. Although Miura is talented with Japanese dancing, it has since been removed from his official profile due to him being out of practice. He also shares a close friendship with fellow voice actor Hisayoshi Suganuma.

Miura is known for his hot-blooded roles, though he is just as capable of playing calm characters. He is credited for voicing Matagu Shidou in Please Teacher!, Absalom in One Piece, and Marcus Grimm in Tales of the Rays.
