Steven Jay Blum (born April 28, 1965 in Santa Monica, California) is an American voice actor and ADR script writer. He did various odd jobs before pursuing his career full-time. Married with two children, he is also a Jewish Spiritualist. He was awarded a Guinness World Record for having been credited in more than 260 different IPs, promotional media, and audio books. He has been credited under the following names: Stephen Jay Blum, Steven J. Blum, Steven Jay, David Lucas, Brandon Jeremy, Richard Cardona, Andrew Watton, Daniel Andrews, and Roger Canfield.

Blum is often typecast for the gruff-sounding, experienced characters prevalent in the video game industry. Usually, he prefers to learn his character as he performs rather than preemptively research his parts. A few of his roles include Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, Orochimaru in Naruto, and Count Vertigo in Young Justice and the DC Showcase: Green Arrow short.
