Shachi (シャチ) is a resident of Shura. When he was fifteen, he was reluctantly abandoned by his father, Akashachi, after an unsuccessful invasion of the island continent. Through the sheer willpower to live, he was able to defend himself against the ruthless residents and fell in love with a woman named Leah. Shachi once dreamed of leaving the island, but he stayed to protect her. She encouraged him to learn the values of virtue, leading him to seek tutelage under the local Hokuto teacher, Jyukei. Armed with the the fearsome techniques of the style, he protects Leah and is feared as the demon "Rasetsu".

Fighting Style

Hokuto Ryuseiken is a centuries old assassination technique that was devised during the Three Kingdoms era. It was originally made to protect Liu Bei, whereas the Hokuto Shinken once protected Cao Cao. Throughout the centuries, the martial art was led astray into the arts of darkness. The users of the art can distort their fighting aura to oppress their competition, even capable of manipulating their opponent's movements. Non-fighters feel helpless against it, unable to move or even breathe against it. If needed the aura can be projected to form a nigh impenetrable barrier around the fighter to defy his opponent's attacks.
