:No mistake, it's how the game identifies that particular character. Technically they aren't in the DW games as their own characters after DW3, but they can be "created" via Edit Character options in the following DW titles. When you access the voice collection menu in this Empires title, it specifically identifies both characters with Fu Xi and Nu Wa's movesets as the genuine articles. Given as how they are still the same voice actors from DW3 in Japanese, it's not a bad idea to say it's actually them on their character articles as well. According to Warriors Orochi 3, he and Nuwa don't seem to have any sort of relationship yet. She's pretty tsundere to him, and he mentions that some people say they're married, to which she reacts with disgust at first, while later she's more open to the idea of him being her husband eventually.
