Dai Matsumoto (松本 大, Matsumoto Dai, born June 1, 1959 in Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actor, actor, and narrator affiliated with Haikyō. He has been part of the entertainment industry since 1984, having worked at the Shakespeare Theater Training Center before moving to his current agency 7 years later.

For his side job, Matsumoto regularly offers voice acting classes in Tokyo and uses social media to post various aspects of his profession to potential students. He is skilled at table tennis and motorcycling.

Matsumoto's vocal range is described as a low baritone which makes him ideal for older male roles. He has lent his performances to Shaft in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, Hong Gu in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, and Fuga in Fire Emblem: Fates.
