Mitsuki Saiga (斎賀 みつき, Saiga Mitsuki, born June 12, 1973 in Saitama) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Ken Production. She has been active in the dubbing industry since 1993. She is occasionally credited as Makoto Sato (佐藤 まこと, Satou Makoto).
When she was in elementary school, Saiga read an article about voice acting while staying over with one of her relatives. Inspired by its contents, she dreamed of becoming a voice actor herself someday. After finishing her formal education, she enrolled in Yoyogi Animation Academy and was later invited by an instructor to audition for a role.
