Kenji Hamada (浜田 賢二, Hamada Kenji, born April 12, 1972) is a Japanese voice actor who is currently affiliated with Mausu Promotion. He was born in the Fukuoka Prefecture and has been noted to be responsible for one child in his life. He once was an avid smoker but quit due to health reasons. Hamada is known by colleagues to be a modest and cheerful person who only relaxes once he is at his home.

Hamada has been a long time fan of cartoons and movies since his childhood, so becoming a voice actor was natural to him during middle school. As he became older, he pondered how to meet his goals during high school and didn't plan his path clearly. He worked at several part-time jobs until he was 21, using the funds he saved to move to Tokyo. Roughly knowing that he had to find a college of some sort, he eventually found a vocational school and received his voice acting training at Mausu Promotion. Although he is surprised and pleased to actually be a voice actor, Hamada admits he would like to go to a proper college someday.

Within the voice actor industry, he has lent his voice to a variety of deep voiced characters and often plays father figures. A few of his voice credits includes George in Paradise Kiss, Hyuuga in 07-Ghost, and Dauf in Claymore.

Hamada remarked that his dual role as Tomomori and Shirogane was a first in his career but personally troubling to him. He feels he could never completely satisfy Ruby Party's demands for either character. He cannot relate to Tomomori's violent tendencies and finds Shirogane's subservient nature to be an odd contrast to his own life. Regardless, he hopes he did his best to appease fans with both characters.
