Mamoru Miyano is a Japanese voice actor, stage actor, and singer. He has been active in entertainment since 1990. In December 2008, he announced his marriage to a woman outside the industry; they have one son together.

Although Miyano had been pushed by his older brother Shota to join Himawari Theatre, he neglected to attend singing and dancing classes until a moment of uncertainty during high school forced him to confront his lack of diligence. He began to take his lessons more seriously and even discovered his own music style.

His roles were limited to minor TV appearances, but eventually he found his big break as Tetsu Ishida in Musical: The Prince of Tennis. This led him to make his film debut as Renji Yanagi for the live-action movie of the aforementioned title.

After gaining his first voice over role, Miyano shifted his attention to music. He released his first single Kuon under the King Records label. His hobbies include singing and soccer. He is a self-professed Godzilla fan, having watched the movies since childhood.

In regards to Miyano's vocal qualities, he compensates for his somewhat limited range with exemplary acting skills. While this allows him to assume a variety of different roles, he is more acclaimed for portraying handsome but troubled characters. Some of his roles are Henry Jekyll and Hyde in Fate/Grand Order, Ling Yao in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Riku in the Kingdom Hearts series.
