Zou Jing

Zou Jing (onyomi: Sū Sei) was a officer who involved in Yellow Turban Rebellion.

Role in Games

In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Zou Jing serves as an officer of Liu Yan's volunteer troop corp during the Yellow Turban Rebellion from You Province and appears as a free officer within the region in later scenarios. In reference to his cooperation with Liu Bei during the campaign, Zou Jing is friendly towards the latter.

In The Legends of Cao Cao, he offered to Liu Yan to receive Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei to prevent the city from the rebel force who led by Cheng Yuanzhi.

Historical Information

Never served Liu Yan. He was described as he was one of the generals of the Han Dynasty, to help Liu Bei in defeat the rebel in 184.

In History of the Later Han record that in 185, he and Ying Shao was appointed as advisor of Huangfu Song to defeat the Han Sui and Wuhuan. He suggested to Huangfu Song that should seek help from the Xianbei tribe. But Ying Shao refused and commented that it is uncertain that the Xianbei tribe might come rob the supplies at night. Which Zou Jing's opinion is more reliable. Because he was more familiar with the northern geography than Ying Shao.

He was mention for the last time that he and Gongsun Zan involved in defeat the Zhang Chun's rebellion.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms

He had a role as a officer of Liu Yan. Played a role alongside Liu Bei in defeating the forces of Cheng Yuanzhi and defending the governor of Qingzhou, Gong Jing from the rebel's attack.
