Yūko Minaguchi

From Koei Tecmo Wiki

Yūko Minaguchi is a Japanese actor and voice actor. When Minaguchi was in junior high, she became active in drama-related activities, having joined the theatre company Group Komadori and her school's puppet theater club. Despite her acting experience, the voice acting profession intrigued the shy Minaguchi more because it meant she would not have to physically appear in front of an audience. She was soon scouted by her current agency in 1986.

In 2012, Minaguchi took a 19-month break from voice acting to study English in New York. She later returned to resume her voice-over activities and even started a radio program called Minaguchi Yūko Healing Lapin. Having been married twice, she is currently single and owns a pet dog. She harbored a deep admiration for fellow voice actor Daisuke Gouri, showing dismay upon hearing of his passing.

In her younger years, Minaguchi used to primarily voice cute young girls. Though she still reprises her old roles, most of her new ones are more mature in comparison. She has voiced Nene Anegasaki in LovePlus, Tweyen in Granblue Fantasy, and Mari Shimon in World Break: Aria of Curse for a Holy Swordsman.
