Tomomichi Nishimura is a Japanese voice actor, actor, and narrator. He has been active since 1975.
Nishimura graduated as a film major and found work at the Susukida Acting Institute. After later moving to Arts Vision, he began doing voice over roles for anime and even helped establish the Shogekidan Theatre Company. In his spare time, he works as a lecturer at the Japan Narration Actor Institute, having taught other voice actors like Kohsuke Toriumi their craft.
He used to drive in his earlier years, but had given up his driver's license in the 90s due to attracting too much attention from fans.
Being a veteran in the dubbing industry, Nishimura has played a variety of different roles throughout his career, though he mostly does elderly male characters nowadays. A few of the roles he has done include Tsugio Bando in Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage, Howard Glass in Macross Frontier, and Mayvin in Tales of Zestiria.
