  • Nobunaga no Yabou Souzou with Power Up Kit is going to be ported to the PS Vita May 28, 2015. Interested players can vote for five figures they want to receive revised portraits in this edition. The deadline for voting is March 30, Nobunaga's Ambition day.

  • Yokohama City Transportation Bureau is collaborating with Koei for the Romantic ♥ Game Festival, an Otome game themed stamp rally scheduled to take place February and March. Participants can ride Tokimeki Restaurant☆☆☆, Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 6, and/or Kiniro no Corda 3 decorated trains to receive original Haruka 6 character merchandise at specially marked stations.   • Koei Tecmo Japan has issued a public warning against a phishing email discovered in late March for their GAMECITY services. The company has included a sample of the email's contents and a warning to not click on the email's link. People who have fallen for it can change their ID and personal info through the company support link provided within their news posting.
  • March 30 is Nobunaga's Ambition Day, a day to celebrate the anniversary of the company's flagship series. Koei-Tecmo has created a special portal site to notify visitors of the many campaigns they have planned to celebrate its thirty-second year.
  • Guruguru Dungeon Nobunyaga and Nobunaga no Yabou 201X are scheduled to be featured on the show Appli no Seminaaar! March 23, 20:00 (JST). Producers Hiroshige and Takeda and Oda Nobunyaga shall be guests.
  • Gamespark conducted an interview with Akihiro Suzuki and Takashi Morinaka (Toukiden Kiwami) regarding their impressions for China and its PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita launch. They are both optimistic in their attempts to appeal to a global market, Suzuki being hopeful that the Dynasty Warriors title will be accepted by the Chinese and Morinaka being excited. Efforts to localize a Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Genghis Khan, or Bandit Kings of Ancient China title were mentioned for possible future projects in China.

  • Koei-Tecmo Japan is currently hosting a donation relief fund to help victims of the 2015 Nepal Earthquake. Their goal is to send an equivalent to one million yen to the Japanese Red Cross, one of the organizations involved with relief efforts. Company employees and executives have reportedly pitched in for the cause. People who are interested in sending their donations can use the company's specified contacts until May 19.
  • Newgin has announced a new pachinko machine adaptation of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms series titled CR Sangokushi ~Eiyuu Shuuketsu~. It is currently scheduled to be available in pachinko parlors June 5.
  • Character songs that will be orchestrated at the upcoming Neoromance 20th Anniversary Concert shall be announced during the thirty-fourth episode of the voice actor web program, S.S.D.S. ~Ai no Extreme Terror~ on April 28.   • Koei Tecmo has publicly announced their renewed financial report. Sales have dropped from their projected numbers, but operating profits have increased 34% over the previous period. Net income is expected to continue increasing after a change in management and reduced operating costs are made.

  • Koei stated that its employees work under a "brother system" over Twitter. The system is summarized to have senior employees mentor their juniors in training. These exchanges extend into their private lives for the hopes of promoting lifelong friendships. Women employees refer to each other as "brothers" too with Takarazuka Revue-like flair. Japanese netizens have mixed reactions to the revelation.

  • A 40-year-old part-time worker was arrested in Kurashiki on October 8. He is charged of sending intimidating death threats directed towards the president of Koei-Tecmo on the company's official forum. According to early investigation reports, the apprehended suspect is the culprit who allegedly made the outburst after experiencing a bug in one of their online games.

Touken Ranbu topped the video game category while Pretty Cure was the forerunner for the anime category.
